Sylvia Rhodes Lingerie guarantees all lingerie shown on our website are authentic.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the lingerie as received, and we will be happy to exchange the product.
We understand that buying lingerie over the Internet without actually physically viewing the lingerie can be a little daunting, and the colours not exact representations. If on receiving your lingerie, you are not satisfied with the quality of the lingerie or the accuracy of its representation on our website, you may return your lingerie and we will gladly refund your purchase price. If you intend to return the lingerie, you must notify us and dispatch the lingerie within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You need only to pay for the cost of the return freight. We must receive the lingerie in its original condition, unworn and with tags still in place for this guarantee to apply. Please do not return goods without first contacting our sales team, as refunds will not be issued without prior agreement.
